At Aurae Store, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it simple and stress-free.


âś§ Change of Mind

If you’ve had a change of heart, eligible items can be returned for a store credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is at your expense
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

📦 To start a return, email team@auraestore.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Skincare or wellness products
  • Opened candles
  • Any item marked “final sale”
    unless the item is damaged or faulty.

âś§ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days.

Email team@auraestore.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.


âś§ Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • Store credits (if chosen) are issued as a digital gift card, valid for 12 months
